ADRES under NAPCC

India's National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) — launched June 2008 — has eight National Missions. ADRES is directly rooted in Mission 8: NMSKCC, which mandates a network of knowledge hubs, thematic CoEs, and evidence-based policy platforms.
